Default steps to unlock Sierra Wireless & Netgear device
- Connect modem to PC via USB
- Wait till all drivers/software install from the modem, device must be visible in device manager under one or several of these lines: Network adapters/Modems/Ports. If drivers/software do not install automatically launch installer manually from computer area
- After installation, make sure software (if there was one installed) is not running in the background, it must be completely closed
- Launch DC-Unlocker software
- Open server tab, enter username and password received after credits purchase (you can buy them here) and click Check login button. If DC-Unlocker/Rocker/Vygis or Infinity dongle is connected only click Check login button
- Select manufacturer: Sierrwa Wireless/Netgear, model leave as Auto detect (recommended)
- Click Detect button - big magnifying glass icon
- Wait till modem is fully detected
- Proceed to Unlocking tab and click Unlock button
- After message appears that device was unlocked successfully restart it to complete the process
