Description of service

DC-unlocker.com provide modem or phone repair service that is done by using DC-unlocker software.


Our services are available only to registered users. User becomes registered after payment for service is done. Username and password (account details) are sent to user's provided e-mail.

Payment and prices

Service prices are displayed in credits. Credit prices can be found at dc-unlocker.com/buy/prices.
Payment done using web page are accepted only. Payment can be done only by provided payment methods: Hipay, PayU, Bank transfer, Webmoney, SMS payments and Bitcoin.

Payment terms

100 percent payment in advance. Service will be provided after payment received.

Delivery terms

Account details to use service/software (digital goods) are provided instantly after payment fully received.
Delivery terms and price for physical goods are calculated and provided at checkout individually and automatically depending from delivery method which will be used and delivery country.

Cancelation of service

If service had not been used (credits are on user account or time license not not activated/newer entered user and password) client has a right to cancel it within 14 days after purchase.

If you want to cancel our service you need to contact us by live support chat from web page and provide requested information.


If you had not used the software you can contact us for the refund. Webmoney, SMSpay, Bitcoin and Real time bank transfer payments are not directly refundable. Payment refund can be done within within 14 days after purchase.

Credit or debit card payments over Hipay are directly refundable. Payment refund can be done within within 14 days after purchase.

To receive a refund you need to you need to contact live support and write us payment method you used, payer e-mail, date of payment and amount of credits.

Member responsibility

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Unlocking is legal in most countries, customers receiving any unlocking equipment are required to check local laws before purchasing. DC-unlocker.com are not responsible for any law infringements made by its customers.

Mass usage limitation

Some of our services require special resources. Due to resource limit we must limit our services too. Service that require authorization (bootloader code reading, unlocking new Qualcomm phones and etc.) is limited to 30 codes/unlocks per day or 500 authorizations per year. Limit applies to the user or company and not to a separate dongles. This limit does not apply to modems/routers unlock, flashing or other services that not require authorization. Please contact for support or reseller for mass unlock agreement.

Account block

DC-unlocker has a right to block member account if any monitoring, sniffing, scanning, sharing or dissasembling software is being used when dc-unlocker software is running. Also, account can be blocked if jtag is used at same time when dc-unlocker. Account can be blocked without additional warning if server detects it.

DC-unlocker.com is only able to offer support in getting the modem or phone repaired using the software. Further device configuration is left to user.

Free support for dongles users (new dc-unlocker software versions, files in support area, live support and etc) guaranteed for 1 year. For new dongle users free support period starts after first unlock or other operation done by DC-unlocker. For dongles purchased in 2011 and before, free support ends on June 1 2014, for rest dongle users on October 31 2014.

After purchasing 1 or 2 year support dongle user gets:

If support period ended more than 2 years ago further support can not be purchased.


DC-unlocker.com does not guarantee that all devices will be repaired. Sometimes modem or phone has been tried to be unlocked before and it’s counter got locked or device has customized firmware. If device relocks after reset, you may repeat unlock with same account – it’s free.
