ZTE Racer and Blade phones drivers instalation guide for Windows Xp
Windows XP ZTE Racer, Blade driver install
You should see unknown device in device manager after you connect phone.
Download driver and install it. Run driver installation file (ZTE_Handset_USB_DriverV5.2066.1.8.exe) and follow instructions.
After driver is installed you should see new device in Device Manager called ZTE handset diagnostic interface. Now you can detect phone by DC-Unlocker.
