Launch DC-Unlocker

Select ZTE Modems from manufacturers drop down menu

Click Detect button (big magnifying glass icon) and wait for device to be detected

Proceed to Unlocking tab. Click Disable Diagnostics port button and wait for software to finish the procedure

Now reconnect/restart device.
