Your payment reached us, but it was refunded. This happened because we accept payments only from verified paypal accounts. Note that refund usually does not come back instantly. To verify your account simply log in to your account and follow the steps on your Summary page to complete your profile (If you have a Business account, please log in to your account to see the steps that apply to you).

If you made a payment from credit card and used paypal only as transactor, then you need to create PayPal account, add your credit card to it and verify account.
