You can reset your account password by following these steps:

Launch DC-unlocker client software (Download it here)

Open "Server" tab, then click "Reset password" button

You will be taken to password reset form page

In "Email" box field enter your email that is registered to your user account. Type in your username in field below and click "Send"

You'll be noticed that mail with password reset instructions were sent

Access your email box and look for new mail from DC-unlocker, after you locate it, click on it. 

NOTE: Do not forget to check SPAM folder

Mail will contain link, click it to proceed

Shortly you will be redirected to our page with a message that new password was sent out

Keep checking your E-mail box (Spam as well) for new letter from DC-unlocker

Open mail, new password will be provided in it

 Now you can access your user account again
