no for unlock only you need credits.this may be drivers issue.

I´ve downloaded the drivers and com ports are created (com5) and phone is visible in my pc, phone boot proces works (blue screen) and com ports are created in hard admin, user and pass is left empty but phone is not detected in auto or manual, client downloaded is https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/ioWat55F , drivers are from https://www.dc-unlocker.com/test/usb...8815.zip...but no avail

Try other usb port that is direct to motherboard without usb hubs.
Try other usb cable.
After each error try restarting phone by removing battery for 20 seconds then connecting it back.
Try other computer.
Try other windows version.
