No sorry, we do not have such list which algorithm suits for specific device. If you are worried to block counter of device by trying to manually enter the code, then we suggest to use direct unlock method.

This happened because your router was not detected correctly, it was detected as unknown router. Make sure you use auto detect option for it. Do not select model manually. Router can not be in use by another service/program or to be connected to internet while performing detect/unlock.
