    can your software unlock this modem ?
    No, these modems with this firmware version are not supported and cannot be unlocked with DC-Unlocker.
    We need to have few modems here with us to try to make them supported.

      when i used another software it says failed to write nck to modem, verfy nck
      do u have an explanation for that?
