  • Please check my full activation on my vygis.

    Please check my full activation on my vygis box and give me the status been trying to unlock ZTE T930 but always asking me for username and password..

    here my dongle id: 0104726F

    You do not need to type username or password. Connect your dongle, launch DC-Unlocker, and press check login.

        You did not read my previous post, do you?
        1. Plug in your dongle.
        2. Launch DC-Unlocker software.
        3. Go to "Server" tab.
        4. Press "Check login"

        That is all you need to do.

          it's asking me user name and password..so please how can get the details to unlock my phones....help me now...thank you

                I did exactly what you've instructed...

                All i'm asking....please do check the status of my vygis activation to dc-unlocker with the dongle id below

                dongle id: 0104726F

                I'm using a vygis box came from SMART-GSM and its RS232 not prolific

                  Activation is done, but we need to know why does the software not see your dongle. Could you try to download this reader: http://65.254.48.50/support/downloads/ID_1_2SC.rar
                  Does it see your dongle serial number?

                    I did try this sir...no problem on reading the card id with all vygis softwares...only with Dc-unlocker software it wo'nt read my card

                    I already informed my reseller and Smart-Gsm on this...but yet we still have difficulties of figuring it out...

                    Please do help us sir...and thank you for your kind time..

                          No i did not use the SC....because i was told it could damage my card...and will be blocked..

                            i have ask my reseller to replace my card since i can't used the new card with dc-unlocker...and he responded to my request.

                            and he ask me also to help him to ask dc-unlocker team to transfer my full activation from this Dongle id: 0104726F to this Dongle id: Reading dongle ID ... OK

                            DONGLE STATUS : ACTIVATED

                            i hope dc-unlocker team will grant my request its been a week now since i bought my vygis for the only reason of activating it for DC-UNLOCKER...
