i unlocked this phone before and had no problem but this time software will not detect the phone, always get error 118..i checked the model and com both see the phone but still cannot unlock...any idea? i check the menu and it has no place to switch the phone to modem..maybe it stays in mass storage mode?

Check, if no antivirus or other software is blocking dc-unlocker. Check, if you have enough rights on computer (connected as admin).

Why you detect huawei phone as huawei modem? Detect as huawei phones and it should work.
