After paying and received my username and password - I entered it in DC Unlocker but it told me my account is blocked. I also do not see a link to unblock it myself.
Please unblock my account.
Do I need to receive an e-mail as well, stating my username and password.
Another question - Will this process unlock my modem for all sim cards?
Another question - Do I have to have a sim card in the modem when unlocking it?

How did you pay? Of course you should get the email with user and pass.Yes once unlock its forever.sim card inserting when unlocking is depends on the model.

Ok i will check,anyway if you did not receive user and pass,then how could you know that account is blocked?

After I paid on Paypal I got a web page that gave me 3 green marks with my username and password and credits - I entered this into DC Unlocker and it told me that my account was locked.
The only e-mail I received was the e-mail from paypal confirming my purchase with you.

Thanks - It is working 100% now - My modem is now unlocked.
I think you need to work on your web site. As a newcomer in this field I found it very unclear to understand how much I need to pay at first. (Your pricelist states Free Unlimited).
I also find it strange why I did not received any confirmation e-mails and although I got your 3 green marks with my username and password after I paid the application, it still did not worked (maybe you need to confirm payment first - But then you need to tell Visitors)
Something els that worries me - After I opened your DC Unlocker on my pc, it configured my modem (Huawei E160) for 0 changes to unlock it, using the code, although I know I still had 9 changes left, thereby forcing me to use your application to further unlock it and pay your fee.

You dont get it.That is your unlock count.That shows your unsuccessful tries.You dont need to pay again and again.Once unlock its unlocked forever.
There are two price lists in our web site.One is for Dongle users and other one is for the normal (Non dongle) users.You have to check the correct price list.
We will try our best to satisfy our customers.
