Hi

I want unlock a ONDA modem.

I bought the credits. The program find my modem, but the button "unlock" is disabled.
I can't click "unlock".
What can i do?

Yes unlock button is disabled bcoz your modem is already unlocked.After detected by DC Unlocker,please check the Sim Lock Status it says Unlocked.

My problem is in the SIM Card. The Lock Status is "unknown(read failed)". How can I solve this?

unknown is for factory not locked, are you tested with another sim ?

You need 15 credits to unlock this modem,Just buy credits and unlock it.
