but if I set it to a model 190 and set the ports then I get this

Do you have Vygis or DC-Unlocker dongle?

Do you have dc-unlocker or Vygis dongle (a hardware)?

I have dc unlocker no dongle for it. But I do have a cdma program that will let me read memory and settings on the pantech 290.

let me know what settings are needed and I can forward you some info to have it included and supported.
