Wht error code 17

I have Dc unlocker. Purchased 10 credits, tried to unlock AMoi WPs1 skype phone. First off denied and locked out, downloaded newer version. Now sign in with user name and password sent when I purchased credits. It now will not unlock phone, says error code 17. What Gives?:confused:mad:
