i tried many time but lt show me this error:

Restart computer and do unlock again. Also, be sure you are using latest dc-unlocker software version.
Unlocking same device again does not require credits.

Sure you use latest dc-unlocker version?
Restart and copy here all from detected device till error.
Unlocking same device again does not require credits.

i the same error and this time the credits taken,

i already close the program and even because there is no credits i cant run it again

No credits on account cannot cause the program not running.
Please do what my colleague asks:
Restart computer (you can remove battery and insert it back also), then launch DC-Unlocker, go to server tab, check login, detect modem again and try to unlock again.
Unlocking same device for same user does not require credits.
If you get any error, please copy here the text.
