Unable to unlock XU870

Hello,

I have a Novatel Merlin XU870 which I am unable to lock. The "Unlock" button is grayed out.

I have purchased the required credits and clicked the "Check Login' button, but to no avail. Live support have been offline so I have been unable to contact them.

This is ..267 version bug, please try older version.

Downgraded to previous version - this worked famously.
