Newbie unlocked huawei e160 question

Hi all,
I've unlocked my e160 with the dc-unlocker software. My question is: if I install a new firmware the key remain unlocked? I.e. I don't have to buy new credits every time I upgrade a firmware? Excuse me for the stupid question, but I want to be sure about this. Thank you.

Once you have unlocked your modem it will be unlocked forever.

As I wrote before: Once you have unlocked your modem it will be unlocked forever.
Updating the firmware does not lock modem. After upgrading the firmware you do not need to unlock it again.
