AirCard 881u no dial pad - unlocked & voice activated

I successfully unlocked & activated voice in my 881u using DC unlocker client, however AirCard Watcher doesn't display the "Voice" icon -- hence the missing dial pad. How do I get the dial pad to show?

Firmware F1_2_3_15AP
Device type AC881U
Watcher build 2849 R10.11.0.0

Try to use other watcher version.Maybe the one you have doesnt support voice.
