Hi,
I bought 15 credits yesterday to unlock my K3565-Z modem. But when I checked the modem using the dc unlocker software I found out that my modem is actually unlocked. It is the software that comes with it (vodafone connect) which is locking it to the mobile company.
Can I ask to cancel my transaction or refund? Anyway I won't be using my credits anymore.

Was there a sim card inserted when you were detecting the modem with dc unlocker? If it was there, then dc unlocker software may have showed wrong lock status. Try to detect without sim card inserted.
If there was no and you sure you do not need to unlock your modem, then write me a private message with your username and we will do a refund.

i brought to many credits today to unlock my amoi s2 phone, i purchased 20 and only needed 10 so now i have 10 credits that i dont need to use, i was wondering if you would be kind enough to refund me the 10 unused ones please, also id like to thank u for this brilliant unlocking service!!! i will be definatly recommending this site to others,

We are able to refund all payments exept sms. Sorry, I didn't see that see that you payed by sms. We can not refund payments by sms, because your provider charge you, not we.
We do not control this from our side. Sorry.
