There seems to be very little information available about this device. Any idea when there will be an unlock codes available ?

I tried unlock client to get information but it doesn't recognize this device. Here is a link to this device:

Can you try to detect it with DC-Unlocker and copy here what is detected?

DC-Unlocker is not able to recognize this device. (All the drivers are installed)

What do you mean "is not able to recognize this device"? Is it an error "Modem not found"?

Hello. Maybe your drivers are not correctly installed? Please install the correct drivers, and after this device appears in modem section, you should be able to detect it.

No, they are correctly installed, this is how the product is intended to work. I'm not even certain it's carrier locked...

Could you please contact us by live chat on Monday -Friday from 11 to 19 gmt+2. Then it would be more easy to discuss about it. Also, we would need some additional information from this modem.

Hello,
I had a similar problem that AutoDetect would not work. I moved the USB cable to a new port and captured all the COMx ports that showed up.

I used "AT Command Port" (COM16) for application and "DM Port (UMTS)" for "Diagnostic" and picked Sierra Wireless, of course.

This made the connection work perfectly for my setup.

I hope that this helps a little.
