Card not found and diagnostic port not found

Hi,

I have the ZTE mf627 which is apparantly supported by the software.

i have inserted the usb stick to first see if it can be unlocked etc before buying credits however despite the modem working fine as far as the computer is concerned, the program either says 'card not found' or it appears to find it then it says 'diagnostic port not found.'

can anyone help?

Wrong thread,please move to the ZTE section.For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.
