Hi, i want to unlock my compass 888 but i get an 37 error code, what is that mean? the sim card is not in it

You have to put in an invalid SIM card necessary!

Try to restart your computer, unplug your modem and try again with no SIM insterted and use latest DC-Unlocker client software. Also you can try other usb ports. If it will not help, contact us via Live Chat.
