HUAWEI E660A Unlock Failed! Please help!

I used "dc-unlocker_client-1.00.0267.exe" , my data card was detected correctly, then I connected to server and started unlocking, 15 credits was gone but my data card is still locked. Please help me with that!

E660A version 11.309.01.01.00 cant be unlocked (modem accept code, but not unlocks), other versions is ok. Sorry for this version we not have solution (also i not see firmware upgrade for this modem) If you bought credits, please contact live cheat for refund.

Yes, I bought 30 credits with my Business Verified PayPal and 15 credits was gone for Huawei Model: E660A which is still locked and the other credits was used for my ZTE Model: MF-626 which was unlocked! Please refund the amount (15 EUR) for the 15 credits used with the Huawei. My PayPal email address is the same with my email address on file for my username used to write you here.
