error code #24? Nokia Booklet 3G

Hi, I just (almost) completed the process of unlocking my Nokia Booklet 3G with the DC unlocker and before the last step - which should open up my modem I get this message (Final message at the bottom of the page):

I've tried to restart and everything. Is there something I'm missing/forgot to do?

Restart computer and do unlock one more time. Unlocking same device again does not require credits.

thx but that is exactly what I've done. The error message still comes after multiple retries...

Something is taking the port. Maybe modem software is not closed or other modem is connected. Or maybe not all drivers are installed. Try restarting and unlocking again.
