Novatel MiFi 2352 MoviStar Spain EU

Hi,

I have a Novatel MiFi 2352 I want to unlock as quickly as possible! I'm at an Airport, flying in about one hour.

I checked the list of devices you support, and the 2352 is listed, type 152 and it needs 15 credts.

I have downloaded and installed DC Unlocker v1.00.06.29 and installed it.

I connected the MiFi 2352 by USB CABLE, hope that was correct, obviously he unit is a WFi Router too.

When I run DCUnlocker, it doesn't find my Modem/Router, I tried changing to Novatel, still not possible, I get the error

Any ideas? I thought I should do a connection check before buying the 15 credits needed.

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

What Drivers? Novatel? Generic? DC Unlocker?

I have tried both versions of your software which should work, the first version advertising MiFi2352 support - 1.00.0450
and latest version 1.00.0629

Both exhibit the same problem I explained already, modem not detected.

I need proper reply...

I assume the modem needs to be powered ON
I assume it needs to e connected by USB cable
I assume it will work with NO SIM FITTED?

Why does your software ONLY OFFER COM3 what port is that?

Please poist some simple explanatory instructions, as soon as my MiFi2352 is detected I shall buy my credits.

Novatel drivers.
Maybe not all driver installed, if you see only one port.
Use autodetect,, then do not need to select ports.

trying to unlock, bought 15 credits as documented, when I try to logon to the server, I still see the unlock button dimmed.
Am I missing anything?
I used auto detect to read the proper specs of the modem, and it says MiFi2352, I confirmed that from the back of the modem, and it's correct. so, why is the unlock button dimmed and cannot allow me to unlock the modem card.

What sim is there inserted to modem? Original one or other provider?
