does the mf622 dashboard download work fine on a mf627 that has been unlocked from three uk?

Firstly you should try to use mf622 connection software with mf627. The connection software you can download here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/open/46
If the connection software will work with your modem, the the dashboard should work too. We can not tell exactly, because there is no public dashboard for ZTE.

The generic dash board works for the 627 but you have to mess around with the config files

O2 UK requires:

Dial number = *99#
Apn = mobile.o2.co.uk
user = faster
pass = password
