I try to unlock AT&T Usbconnect mercury. but i can't install the unlock driver. can someone help ?

What is the model exactly?What you mean by you cant install the unlock drivers?

Are you sure that you do everything according to the instructions? Are you sure you select correct device to be updated? What modem are you unlocking?
