Not working

Hi I followed the unlock procedure and it said it was unlocked,
However it will not allow ANY calls to be recieved or made!

It does however show the o2 motif on screen.......
any ideas?

If you think it was not unlocked, you can unlock same device again. Unlocking again does not need credits.
Are you sure your sim card is working? Could you try other provider sim?

Hi thanx for the reply....

Didn't realise you could try the unlock proceedure again:p

Anyway after uninstall/installing the usb software again because the port wasn't recognised, it allowed me to try again....But it says it's already unlocked :eek:!!!!!

I have tried ANOTHER sim card and the same is happening....turn on..emergency call only for 5 secs.....then o2 motif comes on AND a full signal........NO calls can be made or received....

Any help would be gratefully received:D

If device accept other provider sim cards, means it is unlocked for sure (same as software say)
Maybe your sim card is not working more.
