MF622 from Claro/Brazil - SIM Unknown(read failed(!!!!!!

Hi there, it´s the first time i´m using DC unlocker sw and i need to unlock a ZTE MF622 from Claro operator from Brazil...

I have Vygis tool box and conection from it to server is OK and show me 15 credits there yet,

But, when I try to auto detect modem, it gives me this error when reading the card:

Detecting card :

Found modem : MF622
Model : ZTE MF622
IMEI : 3565450146xxxx
Firmware : CLAP671M3V1.0.0B02
SIM Lock status : unknown(read failed)

And then I can´t press the Unlock button!!!

Maybe the borad sw version?

I´m using last DC sw version....

Just some other thing: I THINK THE PROBLEM is in the firmware version from this f.... operator, so, I readed the flash from addess 00000000 winth 1MB size.

Is this correct?

Dc-Unlocker says:
"For correct ZTE modem detection, please plug modem with invalid operator SIM inserted. Wait till software starts the modem, close ZTE software and then you can detect modem with DC-Unlocker.":)
...and you can unlock it fastly in a few seconds after you close "zte mobile connection"

Dear Fakiro, I did it, exactly as You said there. Im using another operator sim card, conecting the modem, then it install the drivers e sw by itself, then Im closing the software, opening DC unlocker sw and selecting ZTE/auto detect and then I get this error I´ve reported you yet:

If modem is factory not locked, then lock status detected with DC-unlocker is "unknown" , please check with generic software, what code asking generic software ?

i think this modem not locked but the problem is the dashboard, u can try this dashboard to install,. http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/MGlthAQf

this will solved with upgrade firmware with release dashboard

Thank u all very much, THIS IDIOT AND BEAST here, really was trying to unlock a UNLOCKED yet modem!!!

Fill sorry for all. Sorry for my mistake....

It hapenned just cause my client here, was telling me that it was not working with another sim card operator, but his problem was right there, in the operator service/signal!!!

BUT NOW I HAVE A REAL LOCKED SONY ERICSSON Modem model MD300.

Someone have an idea how to unlock it??

If you are talking about MF622 then yes, dc unlocker can unlock this modem, but if you rae talking about SONY ERICSSON Modem model MD300, then we do not have unlock solution for this modem and can not unlock it now.

I downloaded the DC-unlocker and i manage to go untill this part:

Well i guess i have to stick with my original seem..:( .. i have tried to download testbox2 but i was not able to use it coz it has tons of trojans..:mad: anyways i hope some body in this forum will help us to find no-need-for-credit tutorial.. or maybe im wrong in the frist place joining the forum.. lol.. anyways thanks for the effort guys, i appreciate it. i'll have to find my luck elsewhere.
