my only internet connection is through a usb stick, can I use my credits to unlock another stick without being on the internet with the first stick?

eg. I have Telus internet on a Telus Stick

I have a Bell stick I want to unlock, so I can use the sim from my Telus stick

I used my internet on the Telus stick to buy credits... but now how do I unlock the other stick?

Can not unlock without internet connection. You need to have internet connection at unlock time, but not with the modem you are unlocking. It should be other connection: other modem, lan or wifi.

Yes, it is possible to use 2 modems at same time. But modems should be not same manufacturer.
