SIM Lock status unknown(read failed)

Hi friends, i have this following problem while trying to unlock my ZTE MF620.

Detecting card :

Found modem : MF620
Model : ZTE MF620
IMEI : 355353012759548
Firmware : BD_ENP671M1V1.0.2B06
SIM Lock status : unknown(read failed)

I have 15 credits and i can login too.
But i always get gray unlock button.

Can you help me please....!!!!

Somebody help me please. How is the best procedure for my card unlocking?

With other models I know you have to remove the sim card from the modem.

Connect the modem without the sim card in it to your PC

Run the "dc-unlocker client" program. You should then see if your modem is locked or unlocked.

Use a different mode than the modem you are trying to unlock to connect to the internet.

Then use the "dc-unlocker client" program to unlock the modem.

That's how I unlocked my Huawei modem.

You need detect ZTE with wrong sim card inserted. If modem is factory not locked, then not answer lock status (unknown) . Please try use not customised software to be sure is locked or not.
