E220 payed 15,firm ware?zip? still not working!!

I have downloaded the DC-Unlocker 2 client 1.00.0120 (the new version),
I have payed 15 euro for unlocking the Huawei E220 (the Manager told me so),
the unlocker detected my E220 and my server accepted my given username and password,
when I wanted to unlock, the unlocker said:
"unlock failed !

Try to reflash firmware to version 11.116.05.02.11 or newer"

I found: E220Update_11.116.05.02.11.B268[1].zip and downloaded that,
I also seems to need a temperary ZIP and downloaded that too,

and still the unlocker says:
"unlock failed !

Try to reflash firmware to version 11.116.05.02.11 or newer"

SO! what do I have to do to get things wright????

Firstly download the newest dc unlocker software version ...252. The needed firmware you can find here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/uploud/uploud/uploads/E220Update_11.117.09.04.00.B268.ZIP
Download it install. Then try to unlock. If still receive an error, then copy and paste me everything what does software write when detects the modem.

I have downloadede the B286.ZIP and later becouse it did not worked I download B286.exe, (IMEI: 351827015418479) and still it say:
"Unlocking, please wait ...
unlock failed !
