I also have a Mac, but I run DC-unlocker under VMWare-Fusion.
My 2372 is from Bell, it install the Mobile-3 software.
I have uninstalled the software but left the drivers in place (without them the software could not see the modem via the USB)

I am assuming, I need to connect them modem via the USB to the compter.

Anyways, when I tell the software to unlock I get the following message:

"DC-Unlocker detected monitoring software
Please uninstall all monitoring software...."

What monitoring software?

I am a network consultant, I have a lot of tools on my laptop; Sniffer, Etherreel, Solarwinds, etc. I cannot uninstall those.

Is it referring to the Mobile-3 software that came with the 2372? I uninstalled that, and rebooted.

Any help will be appreciated. I am away from home, and paying data roaming charges through my iPhone (which I am also trying to unlock).

I'll be quite happy to pay for the credits, if I can get this to work.

The Monitoring Software category includes programs developed to track and record computer behavior. This software is used to monitor everything. It can be used in schools, mall and even in offices to monitor employees.
