Huawei E5382

I have a Huawei e5382 3g modem wifi. I bought the dc-unlocker 1.00.0575.

Modem is plugged in to my computer and driver is installed.

In dc-unlocker, I am logged in to the server with 15 credits. when on Unlocking tab, unlock button not accessible. when clicking on search button, result is card not found.

Modem is on with no sim card inside.

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.
