Nokia Booklet GTM382 Cannot Unlock

Hello, yesterday i purchased 15 credits and downloaded the newest DC-Unlocker 5.75 to my Nokia Booklet (AT&T).

i ran "dc-unlocker2client" as administrator, selected Option & Auto-detect.

It detected the GTM382 as locked. i logged in (server) with user name & password, & it confirmed my 15 credits.

i clicked unlock, enable all bands, unlock. It failed to unlock and i received an error message, error 36.

So i turned off the computer, removed the battery, unplugged the power cord, waited 2 minutes, replaced the battery, booted up, tried again. Failed to unlock, error 36.

i tried the whole cycle again 5 more times. Twice the dc-unlocker apparently shut off the modem card (card not found), so i powered down, removed battery, removed power cord, waited, replaced power and booted up again, it found the card locked, so i tried dc-unlocker again.

Including today, i have tried over 15 times. i tried right now just to make sure, and here is the error message:

i read all the other posts on this forum about the GTM382, so i tried the other methods people wrote about:

Option, Globetrotter, detect. = failed to unlock

For Application port, i have also tried all of them
COM3, 4, 5, 6, 7, all failed to unlock.

Hello again, i downloaded and tried versions 3.09 and 3.30, went through the same cycle of attempting unlock, but no success. It still failed to unlock.

i tried repeatedly with the new software, and the older versions of the software, but always received unlock error 36. i chatted with the online help, but they said could not help and then refused to give refund. :(

We did not refuse to give refund. Paypal alow to do refund only in 45 days. It is more than 45 days after your purchase, thats why we can not refund it.

Thanks DC Unlocker , My Nokia Booklet 3G is Unlocked and it took few minutes. Man you people are just great :):):):)
