Hi , i have some problem with my dongle it requires user name and password , i used it befeore and i never used any user name or password , is my dongle blocked ? i have purchased it on vygis dongle 4 months ago , my dongle id is 0001DBEF please unlock it is urgent ... thank you !!

Software ask for username, because it does not see your dongle. Be sure your dongle is connected when you start dc-unlocker. Connect dongle, start dc-unlocker software and press check login. After software will detect dongle it will not ask for username.
