My username is cellco058 and am unable to connect to server. Can you please check my account to see whats wrong. I have tried on 3 different computers.

Your client version is absolete.
Download and install last version of client.(1.00.0565).

Could you write your IP adress? Then we would check, why you may receive this error.

Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.
