I need to unlock HUAWEI EMOBILE D02HW modem, when I clicked to detect Data card button, it gives Data card not found. help me ASAP.

Did you turned off the modems connection software before detect? Try to turn it off and then try to detect.

I have tried each and every things, but the driver name is taking as a D02HW (not as a E220). I think thats why it not detected.

First you must install correctly the modem, and after you can auto-detect it :)
