Server error??

I am trying to unlock E160 modem from an hour and always error 62...
I can't even check login - same error...
Is there a server problem? Any info?

Is possible server problem, right now all is ok. If have this error, please wait 10 min, servers automatically must restart, if not you can contact live support.
