Verizon Wireless Mobile Broadband built in computer

I have got a new Vaio netbook P series that comes with Verizon Wireless Mobile Broadband data card that is built in. I live in Europe and want to unlock this card in order to connect to the Orange or Vodafone 3G service provider. Do you have any solution for that?

What modem is inside ? Can you detect it ? Also i think verizon use CDMA cards and in europe you cant use it.
