Huawei K3520 known as E169 Access Violation Problem

Hello,
i just purchase 15 credit to unlock my modem K3520
but i've got Error message after detecting the modem and clicking on "Unlock"

well, it lasts for very long time that i can't afford waiting..
it now running 1 hour or so.

going to abort the operation and redo it

tried again, with same error message
by the way the dashboard come from Vodafone i changed it to the Mobile Partner Dashboard if that makes any since

um.. going to update my dc-unlocker version and see
