now I updated dcunlock client and it states that I am using some monitoring software. The only software I can imagine it can mean is VisualStudio or antivirus. What is that supposed to mean? That I can't have Visual Studio? I'm a developper, so I need it.

Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.
