I have purchased the credits for dc unlock and have unlocked my Three UK E220 modem (I had a message saying it was unlocked). Now i have a Virgin sim card installed but I am getting an error from Mobile Partner saying "the device has been disconnected or is unavailable". I have set the APN and passwords as well as upgrading to the latest firmware. I have also tried connecting through the Three software application and I get a similar message "USIM/SIM card does not exist or unavailable"
Please reply with some sort of help as soon as possible. I need to know if your software has unlocked my modem correctly. If I try to rerun the scan from dcunlocker it says Card Not Found. The card is installed correctly as I can see it as a usb drive.
Thanks
Debbie

I HAVE used the search function and did not find the answer. Please read my question again and you will see I have already used the Mobile partner and configured the APN and usernames. I have also upgraded the firmware.
Please reply again with another answer to my problem.

The modem is detected by my pc. I have checked in Device Manager and it is listed, with no error messages. I can also see it in Windows Explorer as a drive.
Is there any way I can tell if it has been unlocked correctly by dc-unlocker?

If you see it in Windows Explorer as a drive, then drivers are not installed. You ned to install modem drivers from that drivevor from somewhere else if the drivers are not in this drive.

That doesn't make sense. As I mentioned, in Device Manager the drivers are all loaded. They are correct because I have downloaded the latest drivers for this device. The device manager states it is a "Huawei modem". I can also see the modem in Windows Explorer. This means it is installed correctly.
Please let me know how I can test that your software has unlocked this modem correctly. Is there a test I can do to ensure it has worked?

can you press diagnostic button in device manager modem properties ? If you can see drivers in device manager + virtual CD-Rom drive in explorer, then really something not ok !! After drivers ok, no drive in explorer.
