Novatel Ovation MC930D [Archive]

I am trying to unlock an O2 Novatel Ovation MC930D but I got following error message:

Firmware : 3.18.02.0-00 [2008-04-15 16:18:23]
SIM Lock status : unknown(read failed)

sorry, this card not supported !

Please, check manufacturer's selection !

I don't know why DC-Unlocker software(version 1.00.0238) detecting MC950D and why its not supported. Any help please? Thanks.

Maybe wrong manufacturer selected ?

Hi, when I restarted the PC now card is detecting by the DC-Unlocker Software but still shows its MC950D card. Also its shows unlocked. How I can delete O2 software? Anybody please help me?
