Try to use this dc-unlocker software version: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/test/dc-unlocker2client_0517_beta.exe
Do not uninstall previous version. Just run from this file.

It works for me. Try downloading again. Also be sure previous version is installed. Just run from this file.
