I have buy 15 credits for unlock my Huawei E160g Italian operator 3 but i can not unlock.

I have try on another pc but nothing dont't work but this once the error is 37 but now I have 0 credits and my e160g lock :mad:

Problem not pc, ...i see on screenshot is massage, modem have 10 wrong codes entered and can not be unlocked . Money is refunded to you.
