Hi, I tried to unlock Globesurfer Icon 7.2 but I have a problem. If I am connect to internet using this modem DC Unlocker doesn't detect the card, and if I put the other sim, close all applications relating to the modem and try to unlock it it posts this error message:

Error connecting to server !

(error code 62)

Does it mean that in order to unlock it I have to have another internet connection active at the time?

Yes, you need other internet connection when unlocking modem. DC unlocker can't access to modem if modem is busy (connected to internet or etc).

Server refuse all connection from you, because of many incorrect password or user name. Now unblocked.

Error 62 means error connecting to server. Could you check, maybe firewall or software like this is blocking, try to use other connection type.

Server is working and people are unlocking modems. So, the problem why you can not connect is at your side. Check,maybe firewall is blocking. If you still can not then write me a privite message with your username and IP (if you have static) and I will check.

Server blocking you, because of use USB sharing software. USB Sharing, scanning, monitoring, editing and etc is not allowed.

Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server has blocked you. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server by using username and password you had received after credits purchase.

Here is no block and all servers are working. . You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.

honestly I don't have any IP software installed on my laptop could you please tell me when exactly it has been detected ? I don't think any of programs I'm running can be considered as IP tools software I did also use total commander the other night to access some ftp servers but still I don't think this is the point...

Do not use JTAG at same time when use dc-unlocker. As servers logs say, that was the second block on your Vygis ID. If server detects JTAG again, it may result in a permanent block. Now you are unblocked.

Please note, this was second time when you are blocked for same reason. If server will detect jtag with dc-unlocker again, you may be permanent blocked without possibility to unblock, so please check it.

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.

I have had the problem with monitoring software being found, so I found and removed the Winpcap software, and rebooted :). Now I have, no warnings, but this problem when going to my Modem. :(

My DC-Unlocker username is same as Forum ID. All worked out well eventually.
Be good if the warning message from DC-Unlocker software, specifically mentioned about what that monitoring software may be, so the user can get onto removing it without registering for the Forum, and frantically searching for the answer.

mention my experience,
dc unloker me works very well with a modem connection, which I think should change the ports or proxies of the server. since these are blocked by the companies that provide internet.

dc unlocker me works fine on the same computer, different internet connection.

please change the ports or proxies, not far from port or proxies, or internet connections but the proof is simple.

Could you write your username that you received after credits purchase or your Dc-unlocker/Vygis/Rocker dongle serial number? Then I would be able to check, why you receive this error.

Yes, this may be so when you try to unlock router. To avoid this you may need to change ip address for router, to disable its network adapter or to set priorities for connection that windows should use.

Do not use phone system analysis software at same time when use
dc-unlocker or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked you and you
should be able to connect.
