the o2 connect manager is ugly and hard to use ?
can anyone help me to change the sofware in firmware?

Yes there is.

I'm currently waiting for a batch of 02 branded modems to arrive. Once they are here I will try to unbrand them. I'm pretty sure I have the right tools here to do this.

If successful I will post back.

This software only installs to pc.

I have known of this driver.anyway,thank you.
I want to know how to replace the firmware.

If someone can point me to an unbranded version of Mobilink Lite (not full Mobilink) for the MC930/950D I will create a installation package that will put the files on the USB stick. I have proved the concept with some Vodafone files being installed onto a O2 branded MC930D.

Note I'm after the full unbranded Mobilink Lite

I have the zeeper customisation tool that allow changing just the connection software.
