I have 3 credits for Unlock Huawei Modems, but the software sends me this msg:

Detecting card :

Found modem : E226
Model : Huawei E226
IMEI : 357650010164417
Firmware : 11.310.09.04.00
Dashboard version : UTPS11.002.03.16.03
Serial NR. : EQ7NAA17A1501698
SIM Lock status : unknown(read failed)
Wrong codes entered : 0 (unlock attempts left : 10)

How I can do for unlock?
Can I get a refound? :confused:

Unlock button disabled, because lock status unknown.
Try enter wrong sim and then detect.

Hi,

I get the same issues even if I use different sim-cards.

What can I do? Please, help me.

Also try detect with out sim, probably modem is not locked.

The device is NET-locked and not SIM-locked.

It is a Vodafone-Websession USB stick that I want to use with a T-Mobile SIM.

The Unlock button remains gray and I cannot remove the net lock.

Hi, your modem is unlocked. Just i see your modem have vodafone Vlite dashboard. Try install this software http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/open/32 and try connect to tmobile. If all ok, you can upgrade dashboard with http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/open/33.

DC Unlocker software v222 gives Sim lock status UNLOCKED even with other sims and v227 and v229 issue a read error.

Might there be a bug in the software to detect the sim lock status? :confused:

Yes, but this bug is for unlocked, if really locked, then lock status read ok.

unlocking this modem needs 15 credits
